Susan Lynn Drost, 62, of Silt passed away November 20, 2011 after a short battle with brain cancer.
 
Susan was born November 29, 1948 in Denver to David & Veita (Minshall) Westerman.  She moved to the Western Slope in 1973 where she settled to raise her family.
 
Susan leaves behind her mother, Veita; sons Duke Wheeler & Shawn Drost; and five grandchildren.
 
A Memorial Service is planned for Saturday, December 3 at 11:00 am, at the Rifle Funeral Home.
 
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the American Cancer Society.
