In the 1990's Otto moved to Silt to be closer to his family.

He is preceded in death by his parents Otto & Pauline Pagni; two sons Mark & Curtis Pagni, his sister Dolores "Dolly" Hartmann and ex-wife Bernice Pagni.

His is survived by two sons and one daughter; Tony & Sarah Pagni of New Castle and their children Gunnar, Luke & Pilar; James Pagni of Salt Lake City, UT and his children Mark & James; Valarie Pagni & Harold Mugford of Silt and their child Amber.
